Aletas y Birlos, was founded in the early 80's by a local businessman in Veracruz, Mexico. Originally available only with capacity to produce studded tubes; at 1999 Aletas y Birlos was acquired by Fintube Technologies, Inc. adding High Frequency Finning machines.
